- Attend a minimum of 50% of any of our monthly meetings (multiple IN PERSON Business lunch meetings and Morning coffee meetings throughout the Charlotte metro region. BLU Lake Norman regional chapter, BLU Charlotte chapter, BLU Greater Gaston Chapter, BLU CONCORD, BLU BALLANTYNE, and more Chapters coming soon - BLU Cares events, BLU virtual meetings ( Circles, SPARK SESSIONS, Rocks, LIT (Leaders In Training) and MONTHLY Social Events count as well)
- Abide By BLU VALUES- Accountability, Teamwork, Intentionality, Collaboration, Growth, Integrity
- Be able to have regular one on one meetings with your team members
- Have a social media presence -Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc so that you can connect and share with you BLU TEAMMATES
- Be able to have regular engagement on our team communications and social media platforms ( Facebook , Linkedin, etc)
- Treat each teammates with respect
- Provide quality products and the highest levels of service
- Represent yourself, fellow teammates, and BLU -well to your customers and connections
- Be willing to join divisions in BLU and help grow BLU overall as a team
- Fill out ALL sections of the membership form
BLU Charges ONLY $49.99 monthly membership dues and a 1 time, application fee equal to 1 month dues. Dues are charged each month upon acceptance and automatically renew upon your membership anniversary. if you want to pay for the full year in advance, please talk with the leadership team. A valid credit card must be kept on file for dues payments to maintain active membership. A printable copy of your invoice can be retrieved from your membership account. if You decide to Pause or cancel your BLU membership, you must inform executive team of BLU 30 days prior.
